ABOUT
DreamChasers Academy is a nationally recognized non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to providing superior baseball instruction and academic guidance to kids ages 4 thru 22 years old in the NYC tri-state area. Our organization consists of baseball teams and player development programs as well as, high school placement and college advisory. Our "ELITE" teams travel to the most competitive events in the United States. Simultaneously, our "Select" and "Developmental" programs focus on the overall growth and development within the sport while competing locally.
Our mission at Dream Chasers Baseball Academy is to teach, develop, and prepare our kids to play baseball at the highest levels possible. We aim to provide them professional instruction and academic guidance so that they can continue to play when they get to High School, College, and hopefully Professional baseball. We believe that by teaching sound baseball fundamentals on the field, combined with the common skills of teamwork, communication, focus, respect, and sportsmanship, these players will then use these skills and values as a tool in life to become great individuals. Here at Dream Chasers Baseball, we have a robust network of staff and family committed to helping our kids reach their fullest potential. Through that network, we will allow individuals to access other resources outside of baseball that will lead them to excellent academic opportunities for middle school, high school, and college. We pride ourselves in bringing out that inner excellence that exists in every individual child. Although our program is still very young, our championship tradition is very rich, and as is the quality of our coaching staff, players, and families.
Our kids have Dreams, and we teach them how to Chase those Dreams. That's why we're the Dream Chasers.
Community Service
Baseball Equipment Donation
2017 – Present: After each season since 2017, Dream Chasers Baseball Academy holds an equipment drive for children in the Dominican Republic. Families of our organization volunteer each mid-August to help collect new/gently used equipment and new/gently used baseball uniforms. This donation is shared among various youth baseball leagues and underserved communities throughout multiple cities in the Dominican Republic.
Metro Scout Day
2019 – Present: Annually, members of Dream Chasers Baseball Academy partner with Metro Scout Day to volunteer their time, knowledge and equipment to help run the largest High School Showcase in NYC. Metro Scout Day is a platform where high school players can showcase themselves in front of college coaches and pro scout at no cost.
Mask Donations For NYC Hospitals
March 2020: Dream Chasers raised $2,720 for the PPE Fund and donated another $1,000, used to purchase and distribute N95 Masks, surgical disposable masks and face shields to New York Area Hospitals – including Woodhull Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, SUNY Downstate Hospital and Stony Brook Hospital. We are grateful to all the frontline workers for their efforts in the battle vs. COVID-19

Dream Chasers has been a great experience and the coaches an inspiration for Amir to develop into a stronger player. The coaches for the 9U 2022 summer league (coach Steve, coach Ralph, Coach Lui, and Coach Terry) made our team a family, they encouraged each player to perform at their best under any circumstances and are very respectful. The 9U DC coaches did not only made a place for our kids to play ball, they also made it a place to help our kids build self esteem, confidence, friendship and hard work. Love DC
